WHO RIDES THE BEAST

Revelation 17

“And I saw a Woman
sitting on a scarlet Beast
which was full of names of blasphemy,
having seven heads and ten horns.”
(Revelation 17:3)

Who IS this Woman??!!

In this study we will look at the Past, Present, and Future of this powerful and prophetic “Woman” (Religion).

Solving the great mystery of this Woman (also called “Mystery Babylon” and the “Great Whore”) is one of the most important (and difficult) tasks we will ever face, because …

– This Woman will gain control over the whole World

– This Woman will be empowered by the Serpent (Satan)

– This Woman offers lovely looking fruit (laced with poison)

– This Woman is a master of lies, imitation, and disguise

– This Woman slanders and attacks all who oppose her

– This Woman threatens harm against all who try to leave her

– This Woman is regal, powerful, seductive, and deadly

– This Woman will rob our children of their innocence

– This Woman calls people to worship the ‘Queen of Heaven’

– This Woman calls herself the ‘Holy Mother’

– This Woman says SHE holds the keys to Heaven and Hell

– This Woman is a RELIGION!!!

– This Woman is a mirror image of the true Church

– This Woman opposes the true Church (Bride) of Christ

Note: A mirror reflects an image which appears identical, but, in reality, is the exact opposite of the true object of reflection (“opposite” = “oppose it”) … so shall this Woman subtly deceive the World (while mixing truth with poison).

Just as Eve was cleverly deceived into eating the poisoned fruit by the Serpent (Satan) in the Garden, the Bible clearly warns this Woman (Religion) will deceive billions of men, women, and children into partaking in the poisoned fruit she seductively offers by convincing them to believe a different Gospel (way into Heaven) than what the Bible teaches.

Could this lovely Woman actually be a fairy tale Witch??

Since this “Woman” is a master of disguise and has deceived many, most in the world today still view her favorably (and even lovingly) as she sits upon her royal throne wearing her crowns of gold covered in precious stones surrounded by her royal entourage colorfully arrayed in their purple and scarlet robes as she drinks from her golden cup in reverence to her god … many even view her as an ambassador of peace.

Can anyone today find the words to convince (or warn) this generation of what actually lies beneath her regal façade?

No. It’s humanly impossible in our world today.

However, rising from the ashes of pain, death, and suffering of a past generation which did see her as she really is, while living (and dying) under the unspeakable cruelty which lurks within her, words were given to bring such hope … and to help future generations see this “Woman” as she really is.

These words of hope were sculpted in a most loving, caring, and eloquent way in the fanciful tale, “Sleeping Beauty.”

These words that are now found lulling children to sleep first rose out of 17^th century France as a multitude of boys, girls, men, and women were being ruthlessly killed for simply believing the Bible and refusing to worship and bow down to this “Woman” as “god on Earth” and “Pontifex Maximus,” as now embodied in the Roman Church and her powerful Popes.

Charles Perrault wrote his stories now called “Cinderella” (a wonderful allegory of the Gospel) and “Sleeping Beauty” to those Christian boys and girls in France (called Huguenots) who had watched family members being roasted alive for clinging to their faith in the true “Prince” (the Son of God), to bring them hope in those times of suffering and to assure them that even through their terrible grief and sorrow they would live “happily ever after” in the Kingdom of Heaven!!!

His words were also written to warn future generations.

In his Sleeping Beauty, we find this “Woman” (Religion) portrayed as the “wicked Witch” who could appear as a “lovely” woman in order to deceive Sleeping Beauty, Aurora (symbolizing all who faithfully wait for their coming Prince), into eating her poisoned apple (representing “false dogma” that poison the Word of God and lead to spiritual death).

Interestingly, some Huguenots were able to escape and eventually find their way to America. Their children, such as Paul Revere and George Washington, then helped form a nation with a Constitution and Rule of Law (our “King”) which gave its citizens rights such as the right to assemble, bear arms, face accusers, and be innocent until proven guilty … which were all given to protect people from the “Woman” and her bloody “Inquisitions,” which allowed no such rights.

HER ANCIENT “PAST”

We find this “Woman” was first manifested to the World through Semiramis, wife of Noah’s great-grandson Nimrod, soon after the Flood of Noah was sent to warn of such things.

Semiramis was the first to call herself “Queen” on Earth.

She would soon come to be known by many different names such as Ishtar, Venus, Isis, Aphrodite, Diana, Ashtarte …

As related in the book “The Two Babylons” (1853) by Alexander Hislop (which has garnered many opponents, but finds documentary support in both ancient Hebrew writings and historical studies of the ancient Egyptian, Canaanite, Greek, and Roman religions), Nimrod and Semiramis were the first to begin the worship of many “other” gods in their (and Satan’s) rebellion against the true God of Creation.

They planted their first temples (“churches”) in ancient Babylon and Assyria, filling them with eye-pleasing images and statues to help personify their new man-made ‘gods.’

Nimrod and his wife Semiramis crafted this new “religion” by first lifting up Nimrod (also the first to be called “King”) as a “god” (later to be worshiped as the most high “Sun-god,” as with the other gods the Bible warns represented demons).

She then lifted herself up as the Goddess of Love and Sex, later to became worshiped as the Moon-god to rule forever with King Nimrod, the Sun-god, as his “Queen of Heaven” and “Mother of God” (through her son, Tammuz).

Satan’s new “religion” quickly spread to Egypt and Canaan, soon turning the whole world away from the one true God.

Nimrod’s grandfather was Noah’s son Ham who was given possession over Africa from which Nimrod, as a “mighty hunter,” formed the first organized army on Earth to conquer those lands which had been given to Noah’s other two sons.

Ham took possession of Canaan (later Israel) from Shem.

Nimrod was also known as the Leopard King (because of special garments he wore) and Black King (from Cush/Ethiopia). Nimrod became the first “King” and “World Dictator” (a prophetic foreshadowing of the “Antichrist”).

Just as we find today, this god-like religion lifts up “tyrants” to rule over people while turning them away from God.

Ancient Jewish-Roman historian Josephus wrote:

“Now it was Nimrod who excited them (the people on Earth) to such an affront and contempt of God … He also changed the government into tyranny, turning men away from God.” (Josephus, “Antiquities of the Jews — Book IV”)

God looked down and saw how Mankind had again been so easily duped (and turned away from Him) by Satan.

God then called Abraham (the first to be “made righteous” by simply believing in God’s Word), and through him the “Seed of the Woman,” (the promised Son of God), would be sent forth to save Mankind from the lies of the Enemy (Satan).

We can still hear the urgency in God’s voice echoing through the very first book of the Bible (Genesis) as He cries out to Abraham to flee from this Woman (and her Religion) …

“Get out of your country (Babylon),
from your family and from your father’s house,
to a land that I will show you”
(Genesis 12:1).

And now today, we can again hear this same urgency in God’s voice in the very last book of the Bible (Revelation), as He calls out to all His People who are being deceived and seduced by this same Woman (and her same Religion) …

“And I heard another voice from heaven saying,
“Come out of her, My people!!!
Lest you share in her sins,
and lest you receive of her plagues.”
(Revelation 18:4)

It’s no accident that God’s loud cry to flee from this Religion (and Woman) we hear in Revelation 18 comes immediately after this Woman’s “mug shot” is posted in Revelation 17.

He even goes so far as to warn us that the World “Headquarters” for this Religion (Woman) would migrate westward from Babylon to Rome (“the City of 7 Hills”).

How DID they corrupt God’s true Plan of Salvation?

Semiramis (Ishtar, Isis, Venus) had somehow received the prophetic foreknowledge that God (the Father) would one day send forth His Son. She understood that God’s promised Son would be born of a “Virgin” and would be “Immanuel” (“God With Us” – Isaiah 7:14) to be lifted up as “Savior” … “LORD of Lords and KING of Kings!!!”

But, HOW could they have known??!!

Most have heard of the Zodiac with its twelve constellations which comprise the astrology signs which are now being used to lead people into believing they can foretell the future.

But, very few have ever heard of the “Mazzaroth,” the original and very ancient Biblical (Hebrew) Zodiac.

According to ancient Biblical tradition, God prepared the 12 Constellations (and their stars which provide added details) to teach the story of His Plan for Mankind’s Redemption.

In this way, God would prophetically reveal Mankind’s future through the naming and placing of 12 constellations and their stars in a designed sequence in order to show all on Earth His loving Plan of Salvation … for all generations.

The ancient Jewish historian Josephus says they were all named by Seth, who was Adam and Eve’s third son. (Josephus, The Antiquities of the Jews, Book I:1–3)

Even today this heavenly story continues to make its annual trek across the sky above the Earth in order to provide all Mankind with the knowledge (and reminder) of God’s Plan for the future, including His loving redemption and restoration of the World as it was originally intended.

Some call this ancient Mazzaroth (which is also mentioned in Job 38:32) the “Gospel in the Stars.”

What IS God’s Message Written in the Heavens??!!

Here is a very basic and simple summary of God’s message, ever written in the night skies, as interpreted through the lens of Bible Prophecy (both fulfilled and yet to be fulfilled) …

Virgo (The Virgin): A Virgin would conceive the Son of God (the “Seed of the Woman”), sent forth to save Mankind

Libra (The Weighing Scales): Sin must be paid for, and would be paid for by God Himself through His “Redeemer.” (Redeemer means “the one who pays the debt/ransom”)

Scorpio (The Scorpion): The sting of the Enemy (“Sin”) will bring forth death (including a spiritual death in Hell)

Sagittarius (The Archer): The Redeemer’s arrows of truth, humility, and righteousness (and faith, hope, and love) will one day defeat the Enemy (also see Psalm 45: 3-5)

Capricorn (Goat-Fish): Earth is corrupt and now divided into Evil (Goat) and Good (Fish) as reflected by the two Goats offered on the Day of Atonement (Leviticus 16:7-10)

Aquarius (Water Bearer/Pourer): Living Water (the Holy Spirit) would one day be poured out upon all who return to God by loving and believing in His Son, the Christ/Messiah.

Pisces (The Fishes): God will prepare a people for His Son (Christ/Messiah) who was sent as “the fisher of Men”

Aries (The Ram or Lamb): Messiah’s Sacrifice as “The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the World,” and who was also prophetically foreshadowed by the “Ram” which was sacrificed in place of Abraham’s son Isaac in Genesis 22

Taurus (The Bull God): A false “god” (a Bull represented god, per the ancient horned “Aleph” symbol) later incarnated in a “son” (the ‘golden calf’ of an ox) … to rise against God

Gemini (The Twins): A false “son of god” (Tammuz, also the “Antichrist”) with his false “church” (bride) will appear almost identical to the real “Son of God” (“Christ” and His Bride, the believing Church). Remarkably, the final climactic battle of Armageddon will be fought by “twins,” Esau (Rome) and Jacob (Israel), as found in a later chapter

Cancer (The Crab): Gathering of the redeemed who will be assembled together (the Rapture … Israel … or both???)

Leo (The Lion): The Lion of the tribe of Judah (Christ) returns to defeat the false Bull (Antichrist) and will rule as “KING of Kings and LORD of Lords!!!” (Revelation 19:16)

So, the Gospel (which means “very good news”) message may well have been originally written in the skies by the Lord as both a witness and a memory aid for all generations.

What happened??!!

Well, not long after Nimrod died, Semiramis found herself in a situation which caused her to imitate and pervert the true original Godly message in the stars in order to lift her and Nimrod up into their own “Goddess” and “God” status …

Semiramis (Ishtar, Venus, Isis) got pregnant!

This should not come as a complete surprise since in ancient writings she is often depicted as very promiscuous, and some early traditions even say she was running a brothel when she first met Nimrod, and even the Bible portrays this Woman (Religion) as the Great Whore and Prostitute …

“And there came one of the seven angels,
who had the seven vials,
and talked with me, saying unto me,
“Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment
upon the Great Whore (Prostitute)
who sits upon many waters (all around the globe)”
(Revelation 17:1-2)

It should be noted that God also called Israel a “prostitute” after she turned her back on God to lust after and embrace these same false gods (Ishtar/Ashtarte and Nimrod/Baal).

So, when the “Queen” got pregnant after her “King” had died she repaired her reputation by creating her “Anti-Gospel” (and Anti-Christ) by imitating and corrupting God’s Word as taught in the prophetic “Gospel in the Stars” by declaring …

– Nimrod is the “Sun-god” and must now be worshiped

– She was miraculously impregnated by the “rays” of his sun

– Her “immaculately conceived” son was the “son of god”

– Her son was now indwelt by “the father” (Sun-god/bull)

– Her son was the “golden calf” (gold = sun / calf = son)

– Her son Tammuz was both god “the father” and “the son”

– She would be a bride to her son (a reincarnated Nimrod)

– She was to be worshiped as the “Queen of Heaven”

– She was also to be worshiped as the “Mother of God”

– She would also be worshiped as the “Moon-god”

– Her symbols became the Moon and Venus (Islam symbols)

– Nimrod’s symbol became be the Sun (the Roman symbol)

– Images of the Woman (with child) would include “halos”

– Bunnies-Eggs marked Ishtar’s (“Easter’s”) Spring Feast

– Festive Trees marked Nimrod’s (the Sun’s) Winter Feast

The city of Babylon was the seat of this Sun-god (Satan) worship until its fall to the Medes and Persians in 539 B.C.

Pergamos then became the new seat of the “Woman” (“where Satan dwells” – see Revelation 2:12-13). In 129 BC this seat of Satan was moved from Pergamos to Rome.

Rome then became the final home of this Woman (Religion), thus fulfilling the prophecies found in Daniel and Revelation.

The title held by the Babylonian High Priest who ruled over this ancient (and Satanic) Religion was “Pontifex Maximus!”

This title is now embraced solely by the High Priest (Pope) of her new church … it never strays far from the Woman.

As a note, the origin of the current Roman Church practice of “transubstantiation” is not taken from the Bible, but from the ancient Egyptian ritual of making their Osiris (Nimrod) cakes (wafers). Egyptian priests first developed this ritual known as “transubstantiation” to pull the sun-god down from heaven and put him alive in a wafer. Egyptians would then eat “the flesh” of their demonic god (which their “wafer” became).

Preserved examples of the Osiris cake (wafer) molds dating back to 664 BC can still be found in the British Museum.

The Bible teaches us to partake in the Bread and the Wine to simply remember (and never forget) what Jesus Christ did (and suffered) upon the Cross to redeem (“ransom”) us …

“And He (Jesus) took bread, gave thanks,
broke it, and gave it to them, saying,
“This is My body which is given for you.
Do this in remembrance of Me.”
(Luke 22:19)

Semiramis/Nimrod have at least 70 different names …

In Egypt, Semiramis became known as “Isis” (the “Queen of Heaven”), while Nimrod became “Osiris” (the husband/son), and Tammuz became “Horus” (a father/son ‘Ox/golden calf’).

In Israel, Semiramis and Nimrod became Ashterath and Baal. Even during their Babylonian captivity, Jewish women continued their “weeping for Tammuz” (see Ezekiel 8:14).

You can still find her in about every nation and religion … even Native American Indians have their goddess Estsanatlehi (Ishtar) married to her “Sun-god,” and in China, her name became Mother Shing Moo with her child.

All of these many names for Nimrod and Semiramis arose at the time of the Tower of Babel, which began to be built soon after Satan deceived the people into worshiping him as many different ‘gods’ through lifeless images and statues.

God then destroyed their man-made “mountain of god” and confused the people by creating many new languages while scattering the clans (nations) all across the face of the Earth.

This caused Semiramis and Nimrod to receive 70 new names in 70 different languages … overnight!!

The 70 languages for the “70 Nations” (which Jews now call “gentiles”) comes from Genesis 10:1-31 which lists Noah’s descendants (Japheth/14, Shem/26, and Ham/30), which God tells us became the “nations” of the world …

“These were the (70) families of the sons of Noah,
according to their generations, in their nations;
And from these the Nations were divided
on the Earth after the Flood.”
(Genesis 10:32)

We are also told that before the Tower Of Babel (when the Religion of this “Woman” had first begun to rise out of Babylon and Assyria) all the people in Earth still spoke just ONE language (Hebrew) …

“Now the whole Earth had one language
and one speech …”
(Genesis 11:1)

But then, when God decided to destroy the Tower He says …

“Come, let Us go down
and there confuse their language,
that they may not understand one another’s speech.
So the Lord scattered them abroad from there
over the face of all the Earth …
Therefore its name is called Babel, because
there the Lord confused the language of all the Earth;
And from there the Lord scattered them (all the nations)
abroad over the face of all the Earth.”
(Genesis 11:7-9)

Some estimate there might have been somewhere around 100,000 people living on Earth at this time after the Flood.

It’s interesting that when the Chinese received their new language (where words were written as pictographs) the word for “boat” became a drawing of a boat with 8 people inside (as in the Ark). Other ancient Chinese symbols also reflected their memory of God’s Word as taught by Noah.

This division into “70 languages” is also found documented in the ancient Jewish Talmud. For example, the Jewish Talmud tells us that when God gave the Torah (5 Books of Moses) on Sinai, His Word was spoken in 70 languages (Talmud, Shabbat 88b), and Moses translated the Torah into 70 languages before he died (Talmud, Sotah 32a … (https://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/5258600/jewish/Where-Did-the-70-Nations-Come-From.htm).

By the time the Tower of Babel was being built, this “Woman’s” false religion had already corrupted the lands of Canaan, Egypt, and the whole World.

This is why God (through Abraham) would create a new people and a new nation (Israel) for His namesake in order to keep His Holy Name and His Holy Word preserved for the World, and to provide a Savior who would be sent forth from Heaven to save the World from this Woman (Religion), whom can be traced back to just ONE demonic “god,” Satan (Nimrod, Baal), who is still lusted after by this Woman who rides the Beast … the “Great Whore” of Revelation 17!!

“When Jesuit missionaries of the Roman Catholic Church arrived in China during the 1400’s, they were puzzled to find statues of their “Madonna” holding her Son, “Jesus,” in pagan temples of worship! Some of the very same images used by the Catholic Church were being used by the Chinese prior to the Gospel being presented to them.

Centuries before a Catholic priest set foot in the Americas, Mexicans also had an elaborate ritual for their newborns. A midwife with all of the relatives present would take the baby at sunrise, sprinkle water on the infant’s head and say a prayer to remove all evil and sin. She would then wash the entire body of the newborn and declare by the power of their goddess of water, the baby was now cleansed and purified.

So, how could these practices and beliefs be in place, prior to the guidance of the Roman Catholic Church? The answer is simple enough for a 10-year-old to see and understand … over centuries the Catholic Church assimilated, converted and “Christianized” the pagan practices and beliefs of ancient Babylon.

While the Catholics worship Mary as “The Tabernacle of God” and “Mediatrix of Grace,” the Chinese Buddhists have Kaunyin, “The Goddess of Mercy.” In India, she is named Laksmhi, “Mother of the Universe.”

All are versions of Semiramis, the wife of the infidel Nimrod.

Prayer beads, which trace their origin back to ancient Babylon, are shared by Muslims, Catholics, Buddhists and Hindus. The similarities and shared beliefs of the false religions of this planet are endless. But, it is the Roman Catholic Church which has done the most remarkable job of preserving nearly every equivalent belief and ritual of ancient Babylon!

From the baptizing of infants, to making the sign of the cross, to praying to Mary as the “Queen of Heaven,” the Roman Catholic Church is the champion of keeping the original apostate religion of Nimrod alive and well!”

Yet, Israel ALSO became a “Whore” for Satan (Baal)

In Psalms 105-106 we are shown a very interesting, yet painful, part of Israel’s history as God’s “wife” (read Hosea).

In Psalm 105, God first recounts His everlasting covenant with Israel and how they entered Egypt “few in number.” He then reminds us of the mighty signs and wonders He performed to remove them from Egypt, in order to show the World He is the one and only living God over all the Earth. We are told they then felt great “joy” and “gladness” as He miraculously led them through the Red Sea (on dry ground!)

This is written so all will remember His mighty victory over Egypt (in the land of “Ham” who was Nimrod’s grandfather) and how God “redeemed” (ransomed) Israel from Egypt and from their false “gods” (spawned by the religion of Nimrod).

In Pslam 106 we are then told what happened afterwards!

God shows us the path she (Israel) then took which led her (as symbolized in the book of Hosea) from being a young “bride” into becoming an adulteress (“whore”), soon leaving her God to embrace and lust after another … Baal (Nimrod)!!

From Psalm 106 …

“They (Israel) soon forgot His (God’s) works.
They made a (golden) calf in Horeb, (a golden calf representing Nimrod and Tammuz)
And worshiped the molded image.
Thus they changed their glory
Into the image of an Ox (Bull) that eats grass.
They forgot God their Savior,
Who had done great things in Egypt,
Then they despised the pleasant land;
They did not believe His Word,
They joined themselves also to Baal of Peor,
And ate sacrifices made to the dead.
Thus they provoked Him to anger with their deeds,
But they mingled with the Gentiles (other nations)
And learned their works;
They (Israel) served their gods (‘idols’),
Which became a snare to them.
They even sacrificed their sons
And their daughters to demons, (Satan/Molech/Nimrod)
And shed innocent blood, (abortion is nothing new)
The blood of their sons and daughters
(tiny Israel still sacrifices/aborts 20,000 children per year)
Whom they sacrificed to the idols (gods) of Canaan.
And the land was polluted with blood.
Thus they were defiled by their own works,
And played the Whore by their own deeds.
Therefore the wrath of the Lord
was kindled against His people,
So that He abhorred His own inheritance.”
(Psalm 106:13-40 … excerpted)

It appears we have TWO “Whores” in the Bible:

An adulterous Jewish “Woman” (Israel)
An adulterous Gentile “Woman” (Rome)

Surprise!! They are both the SAME Woman still lusting after the same “god”… Satan! (Baal, Nimrod, & Rome’s “Peter”)

We are warned the “Apocalypse” is the Cup of God’s Wrath which will soon be poured out upon both Israel and Rome!

Whereas, those believing Christians (the “Bride of Christ”) who have held tightly to their love and faith in God’s Word (Jesus … the “Bridegroom”) will be safely removed (hidden) from the “Great Tribulation” which will engulf the Earth.

HER “PRESENT” (MODERN TIMES)

Please remember, this “Woman” on the Beast represents a coming “ecumenical” Religious System that will one day encompass ALL churches and ALL religions on Earth.

Yet, the Bible also clearly warns her “Headquarters” (Temple/Palace) will be based out of Rome.

This Woman is a “Deceiver” …

A deceiver mixes real truth with lies which makes lies much more difficult to discern.

She does NOT want her true identity to be “exposed.”

She hates those who will try to expose her lies …

“For everyone who does wicked things hates the light
and does not come to the Light,
lest his (or her) works should be exposed.”
(John 3:20)

Even now, her true identity still lies hidden within those “enlightened” few at the very highest levels of her “church.”

There have been (and are) billions of precious men, women, boys, and girls who have embraced her as their “mother” church and have sincerely believed her lies (which are mixed with much truth) in good faith.

There are also now many other churches and people who call themselves Christian who have chosen to ignore her unbiblical teachings (and her murderous, bloody past) who are being powerfully drawn back to her as a “sister” church worthy to be embraced and welcomed in fellowship.

So, unfortunately, all those willing to help expose her by shining any light upon her hidden identity must be prepared to be disliked (and even hated) by many or most for doing so.

Yet, we are commanded to “love others as ourselves” and we can’t love them without warning them of the grave danger.

Where to Start?

Now, the question is where to start and how to present the “evidence” in such a limited space so the average reader can be left without any “reasonable doubt” as to the true identity (and prophetic destiny) of this “Woman” (Religion).

Here, we will highlight just three of her unbiblical teachings which reveal her willful disregard and disobedience to the Word of God, as opposed to the loving obedience to God’s Word which the true Bride of Christ (Church) is to reflect.

1. Calling leaders “Father” and “Pope”

            “Do not call anyone  (any religious leader)
            here on Earth your ‘father’;
            For only ONE is your Father,
            HE (God) who is in Heaven.”
            (Matthew 23:9)

Yet, this “Woman’s” religion calls all her priests “Fathers” and worships her High Priest as their great “Poppa” (Pope).

2. Graven (“Man-Made”) Images as Objects of Worship

“Thou shalt NOT make unto thee any graven image,
or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above,
or that is in the earth beneath,
or that is in the water under the earth”
(Exodus 20:4)

“You shall make you NO idols nor graven image,
neither rear you up a standing image,
neither shall you set up ANY image of stone in your land,
to bow down unto it:
For I am the LORD your God.”
(Leviticus 26:1)

“Being then God’s offspring,
we ought NOT to think that the Divine Being
is like gold or silver or stone,
or an image (or painting) formed
by the art and imagination of man.”
(Acts 17:29)

“Lest ye corrupt yourselves,
and make you a graven (man-made) image,
the likeness of ANY figure,
the likeness of Male (Peter) or Female (Mary)”
(Deuteronomy 4:16-19)

But, we now find the Roman Church has even deleted the Second Commandment concerning “Graven Images” (engraved, painted, or sculpted), and then divided the 10^th (and last) “Thou Shalt Not Covet” into two Commandments!

This is why you find the Roman Vatican (and most Roman churches) filled with “graven” images, paintings, and statues.

Also, the famous statue of “Peter” in the Roman Vatican is actually older than the real Apostle Peter, because it is really (as even they admit) the idolatrous statue of the ancient Roman “Sun-god” Jupiter (Nimrod, Baal)!!

They also did the exact same thing with the statue of “Mary” which was actually their ancient Roman goddess Venus (Semiramis), whom they simply re-named “Mary” as their clever way to make her sound and look so very “Christian.”

The Roman Church’s “10 Commandments”

ALSO, the Roman Church now commands those Doctrines (Rules) which they have added to the Bible as “Dogma” must be obeyed as “holy” and “equal” to God’s Word.

Yet, the Bible clearly warns …

“I testify to everyone who hears
the words of the prophecy of this book:
If anyone ADDS to them,
God will add to him the plagues
which are written in this book;
and if anyone TAKES AWAY from the words
of the book of this prophecy,
God will take away his part
from the tree of life and from the holy city,
which are written in this book.”
(Revelation 22:18-19)

“You shall NOT add to the Word
which I am commanding you,
nor take away from it,
that you may keep the commandments
of the Lord your God which I command you.”

“Do NOT add

Or HE will reprove you,

You shall NOT add to

3. The Roman Church’s Path to Salvation (Heaven)

Here lies the defining difference between what Bible-believing Christians (“Protestants”) believe and what Roman Catholic Christians are taught to believe, and it reflects the deep chasm between the great simplicity found in God’s Word which has been given so even a child can understand the Gospel (the “good news” of how we are saved into Heaven), and the complexities and confusion found in the Roman Church’s teaching on how one can have assurance that they (or a loved one) will go to Heaven after they die.

The Greek word “Gospel” literally means “Very good news” concerning our Salvation (into Heaven) through Jesus Christ.

How can something be very good news if nobody can understand it?

The Question is: “How Do We Go To Heaven?”

THE BIBLICAL ANSWER:

“For God so loved the World
that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him
should NOT perish (in Hell)
but have everlasting life (in Heaven).
For God did not send His Son
into the world to condemn the world,
but that the world through Him
might be saved (into Heaven).
He who believes in Him
is NOT condemned (to Hell);
but he who does not believe
IS condemned already.“
(John 3:16-18)

**We are also clearly told what the “Gospel” says …**

“Now I would remind you, brothers,
of the Gospel I preached to you,
which you received, in which you stand,
and BY which you are being saved,
if you hold fast to the Word I preached to you,
unless you believed in vain.
For I delivered to you
as of first importance what I also received:
That Christ died for our sins
in accordance with the Scriptures,
that He was buried,
that He was raised on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures”
(1 Corinthians 15:1-3)

And to the sincere and earnest cry heard in Acts 16:30:

“What must I do to be saved?”

God responds (through the Apostle Paul):

“Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you WILL be saved!”

(Acts 16:31)

But, WHAT Must We Believe??!!

– We must believe Jesus IS the Son of God
– He suffered and died on the Cross for all our sins
– He lovingly laid down His life to save us (from Hell)
– He powerfully rose from the dead the third day
– He is the only One who can save us into Heaven …

Then what does God’s Word (the Bible) say about having to ADD anything to God’s “free gift” of life in Heaven?

“For by God’s GRACE (getting something we don’t deserve)
you have been SAVED (into Heaven)
through FAITH (in Jesus Christ).
And this is NOT your own doing;
It is the GIFT of God,
NOT of works,
lest anyone should boast.”
(Ephesians 2:8-9) (Faith saves us … Works add rewards!)

God Promises that Life in Heaven is a “Free Gift”

In the book of Romans (His “letter to Roman Catholics”), God lovingly and clearly promises that eternal life in Heaven is offered to every man and woman on Earth as a “free gift!”

In fact, we find God repeats this THREE TIMES in Romans in a single chapter, so that everyone will know life in Heaven is offered as a “free gift” and that no one (and no “religion”) can ever add any “works” or “price” (in the form of a “toll booth”) or anything beyond simply believing in Jesus Christ!!

“Having been justified (all of our sins forgiven) by faith … the free gift (of life in Heaven) is not like the offense (Adam’s sin in the Garden). For if by the one man’s (Adam’s) offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many … For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation (Hell), but the free gift (of life in Heaven) which came from many offenses resulted in justification (all of our sins forgiven) … Even so through one Man’s (Jesus Christ’s) righteous act the free gift (of life in Heaven) came to all men, resulting in justification (ALL our sins forgiven).”

So, the Bible’s answer to “How do we go to Heaven” is clear and very easy to understand (if we believe in God’s Word).

NOTE: This “mystery” as promoted by the Roman Catholic Church creates “confusion” as to how one goes to Heaven, which then creates “doubt” as to whether a person (or a loved one) will go to Heaven when they die.

To the Roman Church this “doubt” is a good thing!!

This doubt which they have now been fostering for over a thousand years has steadily allowed the Roman Church to become the wealthiest entity in the history of all Mankind!!

The “Toll Booth” which the Roman Church has carefully placed across God’s path to Heaven has been a very lucrative one (and, like the Roman Mafia, they do defend their turf)!

In order to “protect” their vast revenue stream here is what “Roman Church Law” now states concerning ALL who believe we ARE saved by faith (as the Bible teaches) …

Canon 9. “If anyone says that the sinner is justified by faith alone, meaning that nothing else is required to cooperate in order to obtain the grace of justification, and that it is not in any way necessary that he be prepared and disposed by the action of his own will, let him be anathema.”

Note: The word “anathema” means a strong curse (or during the Roman Inquisition “roasted alive” with their families).

These “laws” which were enacted by Roman Popes led to the imprisonment, torture, and death of millions of Bible-believing Christians whom the Roman Church still calls “Heretics” and “Protestants,” and have never been rescinded.

⁴And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and bedecked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication;	Purple and Scarlet are the official colors of the Roman Church. Simply find a picture (or video) of the flowing purple robes of the Bishops and the flowing scarlet robes of the Cardinals as they fill the Vatican. Also search for photos of the golden cup and of the many bejewelled crowns the Popes have accumulated for themselves over the years.
⁵And upon her forehead was a name written: Mystery, Babylon the Great, Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth.	Babylon was the fount of all false religions. This religion (disguised as a church) would embrace many practices of Babylon. In the Vatican the statue of Peter is in fact the ancient Roman pagan statue of Jupiter, and is older than the Apostle Peter. Many of the mainline denominations who once fled her corruption will return to her (as we are now seeing).
⁶And I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I wondered with great amazement.	*“Drunk with the blood”…* Studies show the Roman Church may have slaughtered around 50 million Bible-believing Christians (“Protestants”) in Europe alone for refusing to worship the Roman Pope. The Bible clearly warns they are not yet finished!
⁷And the angel said unto me, “Why dost thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.	In Revelation we find the “seven heads and ten horns” describe Satan, the Antichrist, and a coming World Empire (also see Daniel 7:7). The Woman will help deceive the whole World while raising up, directing, and “riding” this satanic Beast (or “Monster!”)
⁸The beast that thou sawest was, and is not, and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit and go into perdition; and they that dwell on the earth, whose names were not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, shall wonder when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. HER PROPHETIC “FUTURE”

According to Bible Prophecy, this “Woman” will …

– Deny the “Free Gift” of Heaven promised in the Bible

– Rule a Kingdom that will encompass the whole World

– Spawn a coming World Leader (The “Antichrist”)

– Embrace Satan and his Fallen Angels (“Space Aliens”)

– Enforce her hopeless “Religion” upon ALL the Earth

– Imprison, torture, and slaughter millions of Christians

– Lead the World into the Apocalypse and Armageddon

A Final and Desperate Warning …

And now, immediately following this Biblical warning to all Mankind found in Revelation 17, another loud voice is heard from Heaven pleading with those millions of precious boys, girls, men, and women (who are completely unaware of the past, present, and prophetic future of the Roman church) who might either be attending this church or attending one of the many “Protestant” Christian churches now being drawn into an “ecumenical union” with this prophetic “one-world” (New World Order) Religious system which is even now powerfully rising out of Rome …
