Ezekiel 38-39 prophetically warns of a coming invasion of Israel by Russia and Iran …

Does this passage in Ezekiel 36 warn of an event concerning the “ancient heights” which will help trigger this coming war of the ages (which will affect all Mankind)?

“And you, son of man,
prophesy to the mountains of Israel,
and say, O mountains of Israel,
hear the Word of the Lord.
Thus says the Lord God:
Because the enemy said of you,
‘Aha!’ and,
‘The ancient heights have become our possession …’
  Ezekiel 36:1-2)

Who actually won the ‘Cold-War’?  For at least four decades the Socialist slogan has been ‘Use Democracy to DestroyDemocracy’… Gorbachev tore down the Berlin Wall … then a generation of Russian-Marxist educated East Germans flooded the West German voter rolls … pro-US German parties and politicians were quickly defeated … and Germany swiftly turned toward Russia and away from the U.S. on all major global issues …

Don’t forget … The final Battle of Armageddon will be fought over Jerusalem.  The coming “Apocalypse” (called “The Time of Jacob’s (Israel’s) Trouble” in Jeremiah and “The 70th Week of Daniel” from the book of Daniel) will be the third (and last) “disaster” determined on Israel and Jerusalem for the rejection of God’s Word (and the promised Messiah).  The first was around 586 BC by Babylon, the second was in 70 AD by Rome, and the third could take place anytime from 2018 to possibly 2075 and will include ALL nations (UN?).
