What we have just witnessed in Israel and Gaza is a prophetic “birth pang”… and a terrible sign and warning of those things that shall soon come to pass.

The prophecies of GAZA found in the book of Zephaniah 2:1-7 come just a few verses after God describes the great and terrible “Apocalypse” that will come upon both Israel and upon the whole Earth (and World) which is described as the Day of God’s “Wrath” and “Fierce Anger” in Zephaniah 1:14-18 …

The Great Day of the LORD is Near

“The Great Day of the LORD is near,
near and hastening fast;
The sound of the Day of the LORD is bitter;
the mighty man cries aloud there.
A Day of Wrath (Fierce Anger) is that Day,
A day of distress and anguish,
A day of ruin and devastation,
A day of darkness and gloom,
A day of clouds and thick darkness,
A day of trumpet blast and battle cry
against the fortified cities
and against the lofty battlements.
I (GOD) will bring distress on Mankind,
so that they shall walk like the blind,
because they have sinned against the LORD;

NOW, IN THESE following prophecies concerning GAZA God wants Israel and ALL MANKIND to know and be warned of 3 things:

First:

GOD has issued a terrible warning (and loving ‘plea’) to both Israel and ALL Mankind

“Gather yourselves together,
Yes, gather together
O undesirable nation
Before the decree is issued,
Before the day passes like chaff,
Before the Lord’s fierce anger
comes upon you,
Before the Day of the Lord’s Anger  The coming Apocalypse & Armageddon
comes upon you!
Seek the Lord,
ALL you meek of the Earth
(this warning includes all Mankind)
who have upheld His justice
Seek righteousness, (Draw near to the Lord in faith and obedience)
Seek humility.  (Let go of sinful “pride” that refuses to bow the neck to God’s Word)
It may be that you will be hidden  The coming Rapture
In the Day of the Lord’s Anger (Wrath).” 
(Zephaniah 2:1-7)

Second:

GOD wants all on Earth to know that GAZA is linked to (and will help trigger) His fierce anger (the coming Apocalypse and Armageddon).

“Gaza will be Forsaken!”  Her inhabitants (the children of Judah) ‘Uprooted’ and ‘Driven out’ …

“For GAZA shall be forsaken,  (Yes, the same Gaza that is now making World Headlines)
And Ashkelon desolate;
They shall drive out Ashdod at noonday,  (Both Ashkelon/Ashdod were in recent News)
And Ekron shall be uprooted.

Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast,  (“Woe” is a curse)
The nation of the Cherethites!
The Word of the Lord   (Messiah!!!  Jesus Christ’s Return)
is against you, O Canaan,
land of the Philistines (Palestinians):
“I (God) will destroy you
So there shall be no inhabitant.”
(‘Palestinians’ and allies should take note)

Note:  This prophecy began to be fulfilled in 2005 when Israel forcibly removed ALL Jewish residents from Gaza and then literally dug Jews out of their graves (uprooted them) to re-bury them in other parts of Israel!!

This latest GAZA war is now the 6th which Israel has been forced to fight over the past 16 years.  God is using these to warn both Israel and the World it is NOT over and to prepare (return to His Word in faith) for what now lies ahead.

Jesus Christ warns …

“And unless those days were shortened,
no flesh (human beings on Earth)
would be saved;”
(Matthew 24:22)

“When you see these things,
Know that it is near —
At the door!!!”

Third:

God also wants the children of Israel to know there is HOPE

He promises hope for all those who will endure in faith and trust in Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha’Mashiach in Hebrew).

For one-day in the future, after the coming ‘Apocalypse’ (also called “The Time of Jacob’s (Israel’s) Trouble”) a remnant of the tribe of Judah will once again peacefully inhabit and prosper in that precious land God promised and gave to them.  And then, and only then, will there be ‘Peace on Earth.’

For at that time, God will restore Israel and ALL the Earth in peace and beauty, as promised …

“The seacoast shall be pastures,
With shelters for shepherds
and folds for flocks.
The coast shall be for the remnant
of the house of Judah;  (Jesus Christ is “The Lion of the tribe of Judah”)
They (the remnant of the house of Judah)
shall feed there flocks there
(in the coastlands of Gaza);
In the houses of Ashkelon
they shall lie down at evening.
The Lord their God
will intervene for them,
And return their captives.”

Set aside any fears of worldly “ridicule” for believing God’s Word, and please take these prophetic warnings seriously.

Draw near to the Lord in love, faith, and obedience in order to “escape” all these things “that shall come to pass.”   Who Will Escape and Enter Into Heaven?

Check a Map: Russia, Moscow, the Arctic, and the North Pole (which Russia now claims) ARE the “Utter parts of the North” from Jerusalem!
